Then the trick is to take a step back and build the team that complements your own abilities, so that you can focus on what is the most valuable use of time for you. Whatever that may be. I tell people my ideas and have no fear since you have to execute and many ideas have not had their assumptions validated in the market. As far as openness, while we have github for code I've been thinking we need a network of people who want to pitch in on an idea - from coding, graphic design to marketing, maybe for charitable purposes at first or one's that help society in general.
